I was very disappointed with this companies customer service. I visited the garage in Glasson Athlone on a Saturday a few months ago enquiring about buying a wheelchair van for my Mum. I chatted to the salesman and after discussing everything he told me they would bring a demo car to us the following week. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks I tried phoning them and it was difficult to get through to them and eventually I got a reply after a few days and I was told they were looking for a van for us. When we could see they weren't interested we found a lovely van on Done deal and still didn't hear back from the WCI garage salesman.
