Cold room in excellent condition. 6.4 metre wide x9.3 long x 3.1 metre high. Can be run as 2 separate rooms . Divided by an internal panel and sliding door. Rooms 1)6.4 x4.1 x3.1 metre high. Room2) 6.4 x5.2 x3.1 metre high. 2 external sliding doors and 1 internal sliding door. (2.6 m high x 1.8 metre wide.) Room is forklift accessible even though I never allowed a forklift inside. No damage to the panels or doors. The rooms can be operated independently or as one large coldroom. 3 evaporator fans in the smaller room and 4 fans in the larger room. Capacity of 70 pallet spaces approx. Chill only , not a freezer.
