Amazing pie press machine ideal for small/medium sized bakery business. Cuts out the hard work out of making tarts - no more rolling pastry, sealing, edging, trimming lids. This labour saving machine is powered by a pneumatic compressor; it presses out the bases, the lids, and there is also a lidding machine which seals the tarts and edges them. 200 litre compressor included.
