Our parts department is well stocked, catering for the Mercedes-Benz product range as well as aftermarket and OEM parts for other marques.

We operate a 24 hr callout service for our customers and can collect and deliver vehicles on request.

 

We are also one of the largest CVRT Test Centres in Ireland, catering for both heavy and light Commercial and passenger vehicles.

Our customer waiting room is comfortable and clean. It has complimentary Tea, Coffee, WIFI and water cooler. Snacks are available and we are well stocked with newspapers and magazines. We also have a large TV which usually has one of the sports or discovery channels on!

The employees are always so nice and helpful. I am new to the county, and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find a part store that I could trust, and that also has fair pricing.

Joe and the crew promptly repaired the hub and brake assembly on my new 22 ft trailer. This trailer’ axle was a hot mess and dangerous when I brought it in due to defective condition when I bought it new less than a month before. Searching nationwide, they found the right parts and double checked the opposite side to ensure that we would be safe down the road. Very fair labor costs and parts pricing. They made a yucky situation feel less so with a little humor which I appreciated. I will offer my future business to this shop.

Brad took the time to see if he had an overflow tank cap for my International. They had it! And he was a super nice guy!  Good to know if we are through that area again and need parts we can count on them.

Be careful spending cash at NAPA, if it's the wrong part or anything of the sort, they won't refund your cash, they will cut you a check.

Update*

They supposedly don't do enough in cash sales to quote, "keep cash on hand." Well, if they accept cash, they should keep cash on hand.

Poor customer service! And to the auto reply, no. I'm done with NAPA. You are forcing people to lose on money they have already worked hard for.
