This is a hallmarked sterling silver 1916–1966 Easter Rising Golden Jubilee commemorative medallion, produced by O'Connor & Sons of Dublin. The medal features a relief image of the General Post Office (GPO) in flames on the obverse and the signatures of the seven signatories of the Proclamation on the reverse. It comes presented in a sealed green plastic case.
