Selling used car parts and damage repairables all over Ireland

Excellent place to deal with for car parts, parts in excellent condition. Packaged properly and securely. Communication excellent. Answered all my questions and queries, posted very quickly. Thank you.

Bought a VW Passat estate last week from this garage, great car , great deal and the car was as described and delivered to my door. Sound fella to deal with. Regards Ray.

Great service very fast very happen with the part I got thanks

Ordered through WhatsApp payed on Revolute got the part a day later no messing no issues 👍👍

Rang to order a part and gave them the registration number of the car. They identified the part from the registration, I went down and collected it and paid €400 for it.

I then paid my mechanic to fit the part, only to find out that it was the wrong part number. I rang them back to explain the situation, but instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was my own fault. They were also extremely rude and abusive on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue.

I gave them the correct registration and relied on them to supply the correct part. They are now refusing to give me a refund at all, despite the fact that the part they supplied was the wrong one. I can’t afford to be €400 out of pocket, especially when I need the car for work, and I certainly can’t afford to pay another €400 for the correct part.

Very disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the way I was spoken to and the refusal to take any responsibility or offer a refund is completely unacceptable.
