I’ve had a lot of mixed experiences with various main dealers over the years but this was by far the best!
Informative, professional and efficient!
Answered all my queries before, during and after.
It was also the first time ever I was asked ‘do you want the car washed?’. Instead of saying nothing and just throwing it through a spin wash, like I have experienced with other garages! Which for me, as an extremely particular person with my car, was a massive gold star for Morrisons!
And also, it’s one of the first times I haven’t gotten a call half way through to say ‘it needs wiper blades or a battery in the key’.
They carried out what I requested with no further faffing trying to gain an extra few euro out of me!

Great staff. Kelly in reception is a great asset. She is friendly and very helpful. Gary and Ian were  both great to deal with.. Lots of free cappuccinos too.  And I love my car. The girl I dealt with for the tracker was also lovely! A very good experience!
