I had my car serviced at Lyons of Limerick on Tuesday 10th of Feb. As always the staff were very pleasant to deal with. All issues that were possible to deal with immediately were looked after.  Issues that needed time or parts etc ordered were explained to me. I got a 2 follow up calls the next day.

We dealt with Sean from day one, he was super friendly and not a bit pushy. We had his complete attention even though it was a second hand car we were looking for. We purchased a 241 Ford Puma. Sean was a pure diamond I would highly recommend him.

I purchased a vehicle from Lyons of Limerick for €32,500 and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. After purchase, significant concerns arose regarding the emissions/DPF system based on independent diagnostic findings.

I formally raised the matter with senior management and left the vehicle with the dealership for approximately 10 days for review. However, I did not receive any documented findings or clear explanation regarding the concerns raised.

This situation has caused serious financial and emotional stress for me and my family. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle obtains an independent inspection prior to committing, regardless of the dealership’s reputation.
