A special thank you to Sean and Ken for their efforts in addressing issues with my Kia Sportage. I purchased the car in June, and it unexpectedly failed its first NCT with us due to corrosion and suspension issues, which was concerning as we were assured it was in excellent condition. Initially, communication was difficult, as the person I emailed was on leave, causing some frustration.

Once we connected, the team made significant efforts to resolve the issues. They addressed the NCT failures and provided a loan car, which was greatly appreciated. They are also working on repairing the air conditioning pipe, which has a hole, and fixing a faulty right indicator, though both repairs are still pending as they await parts from Kia. Sean’s excellent customer service stood out—he took the time to explain delays and was engaging and approachable. Ken was incredibly patient, especially as I was quite anxious about the NCT failure, and his support helped put me at ease.

While I’m confident the pending repairs will be completed soon, I believe there’s room for improvement in initial communication responsiveness and ensuring vehicles are thoroughly checked before sale to avoid surprises like an NCT failure. That said, their commitment to making things right and their professionalism make them a dealership I would recommend. Thank you, Sean and Ken, for your ongoing efforts.
