Bought a lovely Mercedes from Ahmed two weeks ago, nice car reasonably priced. As I had to get the bus to collect the car, Ahmed organized a lift for me which extremely accommodating of him.
Hassle free experience, as I had a good idea of what I was looking for.

I purchased my car yesterday, 2013 Nissan Juke & both gentlemen were so accommodating as I live in Donegal & travel down every 3 weeks, they held the car for me once I paid the deposit. The interior is immaculate, I love it. Thanks so much.

Tried to buy a Honda civic from Ahmed, was very rude to me and my parents. His goon made a remark, asking if I even had enough to buy the car.

When I checked everything the service light came on, he said that it does not need to be serviced, he knows because he worked in Honda for 20 years. The service light kept flashing, what ? The tyres are bald, refused to replace them, the under pan of the engine was torn up, refused to admit it. The suspension was old, said that that’s how they were meant to feel. I understand that they have to make money too but the car should be at least serviced before put up for sale.

I could forgive him for all that so I did, I put a deposit down on the car because I liked the car, not because he said somebody was coming to collect it later, he thought I was stupid enough to believe him, the last text between them were to pay for new tyres because they were fairly used. I mentioned that to him still wouldn’t budge with the price.

This is still not the worst part. I then asked him for the nct papers said very rudely that he refuses to get them for me after he had promised me them over the phone (after I had put the deposit down), so I asked him to send me on the history of the car as he promised he would, surprise surprise, he refused to give me that until I had purchased the car. Sorry but this is a common thing to ask for, I had acted polite with him the whole time, just making sure everything was in check with an expensive purchase.

He kept trying to push me to buy the car without anything to prove the service history. There was something dodgy going on there, I would not recommend going near the place, very unprofessional, pushy, schemey, business practices taking place here. The only thing I will add is that he had no problem giving back the deposit which most dealers would not do.

Please avoid the civic along with the business like the plague!!!

I didn't want to post a review but my visit to my local garage today has annoyed me enough. I bought my hyundai i40 back in May from these guys. Fast forward 2 month later I had to pay out 500 euro for  new tyres, dangerously bawled something i should have personally noticed i admit but I genuinely didn't realise they were that bad. Then 4 months on from owning this car,  i got such a scare with my child in the car. I ended up paying out another 700 euro as the break pads and discs were dangerously low and my local garage said "the service" these cowboys gave would have definitely been able to see this at the time, theres no way they couldnt! But the last straw today for me was the oil sign showing up on the car. When checked by my own mechanic there was no oil on the stick. I was so annoyed. I have a young child in the car with me all the time who was with me at the time of viewing. How they confidently sold me this car is beyond me.  Moral of the story is bring a mechanic with you always and avoid this place all together! Scammers.
