The staff were courteous, and knowledgeable, especially Liam who took his time to clearly explain the different aspects of free car health check. Everything was handled efficiently, and the service was completed within the promised timeframe. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Great experience with Michael Moore Portarlington. I had an ongoing issue with my Mercedes that had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere, leading to unnecessary work and the problem still not being resolved. Michael Moore quickly identified the real cause, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair properly from the start. They diagnosed the fault efficiently, kept me updated throughout, and got everything sorted without delay. The issue was fixed correctly and at a fair cost, which was a huge relief after my previous experience. Overall, very professional, fast, and good communication. Overall experience with Michael Moores car sales not good . Since i bought my car here iv had a number of bad experiences from staff shouting at me to staff forgetting to order a part I'd paid for, left waiting months with no communication and no apology, no follow up to say the part was in or not just forgotten. No interest in the customer and no customer service to speak of as far as I experienced. When I completed the Volkwagen survey I was contacted by Robby with in minuits of sending it in and shouted at down the phone because he was unhappy with my survey contents, my actual experience didn't matter to him. He stated that he would now have to fill an incident form because of my complaint. Telling me i have your survey here in front of me, reading it back to me on the phone . Challenging my views on how i completed the survey and my experience written in the survey with Michael Moores car sales. Robby wasn't phoning to apologise at all he just berated me instead insisting the survey was only about the day of the service and didn't want to hear about my full experience since becoming their customer. I was nauseated and in shock after the phone call to say the least. I dont see myself returning here in the future due to how i have been treated as their customer. The receptionist was pleasant efficient and respectful on all my interactions with her on the day of the service and the day of the car repair Otherwise if i could give 0 score i would. As it seems I'm not the 1st customer to be shouted at by the staff in Michael Moores car sales unfortunately by the reviews included here.
