This is my 2nd car to buy from hyundai and the first since the they switched to the bright dealership,  the staff do their best,  always smiling and polite but that friendly feeling is gone,  just to be clear they are not rude but you get a feeling like your bothering them,  especially when I ring,  I had a couple of issues with the new car and to say I haven't been happy with the service or the response I got is a understatement.  everyone is always happy driving away in their new car its the after sale service that most important to people,  maybe its just me but time will tell..

Went in and told them I am interested in buying a new Hyundai and I was open to buying either a 2024 or 2025 model I asked salesperson about how much it would cost and they said they couldn't tell me as they didn't have a calculator. They said their accounts department would ring me....never heard from them. Most dealership would surely be delighted to have someone walk in saying they'd like a new car, but this dealership must have enough customers already and they have no need to sell new cars
