Van has been used by myself for 2 years with little milage added since purchase at 95k mile . It has alot of space and can carry almost anything. It has went through MOT twice since purchase with out a problem (OCTOBER). Comes with Bluetooth speaker system inside and heating etc works. The books come with the van. The only issue is the handbrake but that is a cheap fix. These vans are hard to come by as many of them are drove out by delivery companies or snapped up early as the space gives it an advantage over other vans. Was going to convert it to a camper but I'm moving over seas after the summer . It doesn't require a HGV licence either as its under 3.5 tonne, it has a clean body with no bad dints and has had a filter replaced.
