First thing this morning I was met by a new young lad that was all smiles. A cup of coffee in a nice clean area close to the reception desk went down well .  Rory always gives me good feedback and today I was able to get my van tested (failed) dodgy front brake, I had the van back to Rory with replacement brake caliper and have passed the test same day.

Pat and the service team at Youngs Opel have been professional, courteous and exemplary in helping my business to repair one of our vehicles. Very highly recommended by all at Asbestos & Legionella Control Services

Bought a car off Colin, a Hyundai i30 which he told me was a trade in from a local person he knew. He said he was waiting for it to be traded in. I bought the car and there ended up being a number of faults with it. I ended up spending a large sum on repairs and then when I was selling the car on I got greenlight verification on done deal. This told me that Colin had in fact lied to me and that they had owned this car for a number of years. I would never go back here again.

Bought a van here .. in fairness very low mileage for year and over all clean. That was grand until you looked under the bonnet as they say. Found a litany of faults ... supposedly passed a cvrt on borderline tires, screen washer not working correctly, off side camber out, nearside tracking totally out (tip for ye lads - if ye change a track rod end - redo the tracking after?) ...
Over all this is going to cost another €300/€500 to put right in parts and labour...and will need to double check that the cvrt is valid!
Paid €4500 for it.. with the faults found? Van was worth €3750/€4000
Did phone them to see if they would at least meet me half way but no joy...
Sadly nice people over all but not a very good experience really...
