Bought a B10 from Florian, from the moment we went in, he was extremely helpful, no pressure. Took the time to listen to our requirements, suggested 2 cars, and then after test drives explained benefits of each. Florian also was transparent in how he valued our trade in. After taking the deposit, Florian explained the process, kept us updated. On the day of pick up, again plenty of time allocated to talk us through the car features, personalised for us. Florian did 2 follow-up calls with us to see how things were going and if we needed any support.
