I bought a used Skoda Octavia from Miguel. I was very happy with the car on pickup. The whole process was seamless and Miguel was very helpful throughout.

After initially promising they couldn't do enough for me. And the 2 year seat approved warranty gimmick they used to sell me the car. When I bring back the car for repairs after fully servicing on time and everything with them. They informed me the car was only covered for 20k OR 1 year. Showing me it in some booklet I've never been shown. I'm sickened. They even had the pictures "2 year seat approved warranty" in the images they used to sell the car. Crooks. Be very careful dealing with them. They will say anything to offload their cars to you but won't help you after.

Shocking CUPRA service, first Leon 232 scheduled service:

- Asked not to clean the car, car was cleaned on pick up. They have a drive through wash. Sensational.

- Asked to swap tyres front to back, “we don’t do that here, we can replace your front tyres”

- The steps after the firmware update of the ECU were not followed through and the high beams were no longer working properly, had to bring the car back a second time to re-calibrate them (the lights wouldn’t move upwards when the high beams are on)

- And the best of them all as I wasn’t going to write anything here as I reported all to CUPRA already, they changed the service plan from long term to the short one, meaning oil services every 15k kms instead of the 30k that I had from delivery, just on their own decision.

They’re absolutely clueless for aftersales services, think about it when you’re lured in on their offers and stock.
