My Opel Astra was recalled for an airbag fault. Blackstone Motors were incredibly helpful and booked me in straight away. They explained the process and I was in and out in an hour with the job done. I had a coffee locally and got a text to say it was done. Highly recommend using them if you have any concerns or worries about your car.

Blackstone motors Drogheda . As soon as you walked in the door you knew you were been welcomed and staff were friendly. I met with Daniel, who remembered me from been a previous customer which I may add was years ago. That’s customer service! Asked if I would like a tea/coffee and given time to look around. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to help me find a car I would like within my budget range. I'm very pleased with the experience with Blackstone Drogheda. Very customer focused approach from Shona in finance and Paul in sales. Although after deeper consideration I decided to not go ahead with the first choice car I viewed, Paul riched me directly as soon as other, more suitable option showed up in the garage. Within couple of days they sorted the finance, service and valet for me and I drove out in my new, shiny ride.

Service department is absolutely useless. Zero points for customer service and zero points for communication, zero points efficiency.

Guy on service desk is a nice pleasant guy, does his best, but unfortunately the workshop team are seriously lacking in any sort of customer focus, no doubt it comes down the line from management.

Bring back Bill Cullen, this nonsense wouldn’t happen during his time running Renault Ireland.
