I purchased a red fiat 500 last week and now I cannot get speaking to anybody.  When I got the car home I found out it had not been serviced as specified.  The oil wasn't showing on the dip stick ( it took a litre of oil to show on the dip stick) and the water level was below the minimum level. This is so unexceptable from any dealership. I would appreciate if this was rectified.

Very much disappointed service.  Never ever  approach them. We had made a big mistake that we took one car from them😭. The man who handling the sale "OMG" we have to learn from him how not to handle the customer

"I want you to understand one thing: respect is mutual. We have been unhappy with your behavior from day one, but we felt we had no choice but to proceed with the purchase.
The day after the car was delivered, I came to you with a problem. You simply repeated the same line: 'I’m just a salesman; you need to go to service.' The following week, when the system failed and I noticed paint peeling from the front bumper, I approached you again, and again you 'sang the same song.'
However, the breaking point was the morning I washed the car and saw even more paint peeling off. When we came to you for help, you yelled at me and my wife in front of other customers. I still remember your exact words: 'THIS IS A JAPANESE CAR; I CAN’T DO ANYTHING MORE.' As customers, we trusted Modern Motors; we don't care if the car is Japanese or American—we care about quality.
You refused to even look at the damage and told us to just 'make a booking.' We didn’t have the energy to fight you in person, which is why we turned to our keyboards to share our experience. You called it 'childish' because I gave you a positive review two years ago, but I have learned to call out both the good and the bad.
Having worked in car sales myself for 17 years, I can tell you from experience: you need to change your tune. After-sales service is far more important than a fresh sale."
