I have dealt with Blackstone Motors, Drogheda for a number of years now. I  recently traded in my Clio for a new Clio.  I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Murray. Michael was the salesman i dealt with. He was the best !  Very helpful and good to deal with. The whole process was smooth and I got my car within a day.

Service department is absolutely useless. Zero points for customer service and zero points for communication, zero points efficiency.

Guy on service desk is a nice pleasant guy, does his best, but unfortunately the workshop team are seriously lacking in any sort of customer focus, no doubt it comes down the line from management.

Bring back Bill Cullen, this nonsense wouldn’t happen during his time running Renault Ireland.
