I recently had my vehicle serviced by Tom Murphy Toyota, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The service team were friendly, efficient, and highly professional throughout. A courtesy car was arranged to bring me home and collect me once the work was completed, all exactly on schedule.
During the service, I received a detailed video outlining the key inspection points, along with a clear technical assessment of components such as tyres, brakes, and brake pads. This was followed up with a comprehensive written report, which I found particularly helpful and transparent.
The courtesy driver arrived at the agreed time, and when I returned, my vehicle was ready without delay.
