This is not a place I would  be buying my first nor last car as one of the sales representatives “Alex” sold a car stating it had a feature that it did not. This was the major selling point for the purchase and for him to get the sale over the line. Very disappointing didn’t expect sales men to go so low just in order to get commission and take peoples hard earned cash think twice before shopping here.

Stay away from this place, I bought my first car here only weeks ago and was lied to over and over by Alex. I clearly explained that being from Spain and having no driving experience in Ireland I needed a car with built in navigation system to guide me through the city since I'm used to driving on the opposite side of the road. Bought a car after being told it did have that feature to find out on the day of collection that it didn't, after paying the full amount. Alex, the salesman apologised for providing me with the wrong information and offered to order an adaptor for me. I waited weeks for such adaptor and after several emails he said the adaptor is not suitable for this model, casually he only replied to my emails 6 weeks after purchase which is over the cool down period to return the car. Lied to me about ever admitting his mistake and refused to provide installation of the software required to use the navigation in the car. Will be reporting to CCPC and SIMI. Awful experience, don't believe a word they say.
