He was always in touch, ensuring everything was going well, especially when I requested tinting for the side and back windows. A special thanks to Robert, who helped with the trade-in offer, and Niall, who made the finance approval process incredibly quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and I truly felt like a valued customer rather than just another number. The level of personal attention and full-service experience made a huge difference. She was so approachable. Easy to talk to, made me feel so comfortable on our test drive. I could ask questions and she thoroughly went through everything with me.
