Really easy to deal with. Called Tom on the morning of 23rd December about a car. He let me come up before he closed for Christmas later that day, to check out the condition and test drive it. He put the sale through by lunchtime and let me take the car home that day. He happily took it in for the NCT and service that were part of the sale after Christmas, and had it back the same day.

Recently bought a Ford Focus ST Line from Tom and team and so far I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Car was in perfect condition and very clean inside and out.

Tom helped to put heated seats into the car before purchase (something I was looking for) and provided excellent customer service and dealt with any small bits straight away after the purchase without any issue.
