Just collected a lovely used VW from Frank Keane Volkswagen at Liffey Valley. It was a pleasure to deal with Niall Costello in sales, whose communication was excellent, prompt and courteous throughout. An issue with the mileage history on my trade-in was dealt with quickly and with no fuss, and a small problem with the parking sensors on the car during the test drive was fixed when I collected it. I also noticed the tyres were a little worn, but still with a good few months life left in them so I didn't even mention it, but when I collected the car they had been replaced. All in all a nice car, beautifully presented, a fair price and faultless service from Niall and also Nicole who looked after the handover.
