We had an excellent experience in changing car recently. Our dealings were mainly with Meja O’Connor who was superb in helping us through the process which was complex with scrappage scheme. First of all, I must say that they provide excellent service. The young women who greet you at the entrance are very friendly and positive; however, there is a staff member named Gabriel—he is a wonderful person. He patiently answered all my questions, explained everything twice to me, and truly went out of his way to be helpful. I’d give all the staff a ten out of ten, but for Gabriel, I’d give a 100… Thank you!
