The two guys sitting out in the front office are ignorant especially the guy behind the plastic screen They don’t seem acknowledge you at all. The guy in the back of the office seems to be running front of house who is sound enough. It took an extremely long time to get a basic part and they don’t seem to allow anyone who they don’t know onto the scrapyard despite having CCTV.

You'd have a better chance of getting a response from a ouija board than these guys... seriously lads I have tried ringing, sending WhatsApp messages, emails numerous times over the past few months for different parts and not once did they answer. I live 2 hours away so can't just drive up to the place and hope they have the parts I need
