Wanted offroad van to temporarily use as workshop

I am looking for an off-road van which could be temporarily used as a workshop - I am learning/practicing hand-sewing leather - as it's all hand-tools - a small space is sufficient - Ideally I would be able to stand-up without bending while standing in the van (my height is around 5ft 11in ) ... as sustainability is important to me-I do like the idea of Re-using as much as I can - I am willing to buy/exchange for such a van
