I was intending on buying a new car, so I headed to Bright Ford Rialto after work on Friday just before 6pm. I was met at the door by Brendan Daly, who was ever so accommodating even though Bright Ford close at 6pm!
Brendan was unrushed and went through  prices and extra's packages with me. We settled on a Model and price that evening as I was trading in my old car. The next Morning on a Saturday! Brendan was so kind to arrange a test drive of the same model car I was buying, I had no complaints and I put down a deposit and my new car would be ready early next week,

Recently purchased a new Ford Focus with Brendan in Ford Rialto. Excellent customer service from all the Ford team and Brendan was always available to answer any questions I had. Received a check up call within 5 days of purchase to follw up, and check everything was going well with the car and to help answer any outstanding questions. Customer service from first point of contact to collecting the car was straight forward and seamless. Definitely recommend.
