Happy with the service.  They fixed a number of issues with the car (Ford Kuga) and offered a payment plan to spread the cost over a few months.

What was requested (twice) was not done. When I questioned it I was simply told, "it wasn't on the job sheet" and that I'd have to book it in again. Oil light still on after service and someone had left oil marks on the inside pillar

Update: the response below is false. I requested the work when I called and booked the car in, a month before I sent the car for the service. I then reiterated the request while dropping the car off.
