Parrot Anafi Drone - broken - see description

I have a Parrot Anafi Drone with two battery packs, a multi charger and a remote controller in a case. The drone isn't working properly; it may be better for parts but if it can be fixed then you've got a good drone: costs 1,200 euro new. There are issue when it flies: 1. Initially it would occasionally do a full 360 spin in flight following a tree collision. 2. More recently, I've had issues connecting it to the controller. I've found the Parrot Helpdesk to be remarkably unhelpful so I've been unable to fix this device but it feels wrong throwing it away. Selling for parts (internal parts, controller, batter packs and multi-charger).
