Electric Bike as new

This bike is as new and has been substantially upgraded . It is just over 3 years old and has been fitted with upgrades such as brakes, lights , grips ,pedals, saddle , carrier etc etc. Battery is fine but I have reflected the fact that the existing battery is over 3 years old in the price. Covered 29 kms in total. Its a stunning bike . I had this sold to.my neighbour but its too big for him so relisting. The only thing that needs adjustment is the rear brake which I understand involves pulling the cable and tightening.
