Trading in Farm and Garden machinery since 1882, Atkins is Ireland’s longest established farm machinery dealership. With a headcount of over 80 and branches in Cork, Bandon, Fermoy and Birr we are also one of the country’s largest.

This allows us offer a portfolio that is second to none. At our headquarters on the Carrigrohane Road, Cork we also operate a thriving urban garden centre complete with modern cafe.

Many of our staff are long term employees and are experts in their fields. In fact, our knowledge is the bedrock of our service capability which in turn underpins our sales function. Easily the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Stood at the counter looking to purchase some equipment for close to 10 minutes whilst the employee in the green superdry jumper talked about GAA to a person at the till who wasn’t even buying anything. The employee had absolutely zero customer service awareness. I decided to put the stuff back & go to a nearby store who appreciated the business. Won’t be returning.
