I bought a toyota minibus off niall in brian geary toyota limerick and by golly what a man to deal with .from the very start he made everything so simple for me and sent me photos of the bus immediately and we had a deal done very quick .I had to get side glass changed as original glass was tinted and he said no bother i can get that done here for you and he did and sent me photos after it was done.i have never come across a salesman and customer care to detail man like him in my time and he definitely deserves 10 out of 10.and a huge asset to brian geary motors. I had a service appointment here and wanted to share a heads-up for others: make sure you arrive exactly on time! I was 30 minutes late for my slot, and unfortunately, they weren't able to squeeze me in and had to turn me away(drove more than 30minutes just for this also booked day off from work so not the happiest + first service with them) maybe to keep their other appointments on track; IDK.

While I was disappointed and upset they couldn't find a way to fit the car in, I appreciated that they were proactive on the phone and immediately helped me rebook for another date. If you're booking here, just be aware that their schedule is very precise—don't count on a grace period!

I'll pop an updated review post service experience and after a month thats the closest then could book me back in.

I have been doing business many many times over the decades with Carroll and Kinsella. I have found them always to be most professional and helpful; this most recent experience with Stephen Briggs, being no exception.
Throughout the whole process concerning my purchase of a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid he kept in regular contact with much friendly understanding and made the whole transaction as easy as it could be.
Although the car itself is a pleasure to drive, both around town and on country runs, it takes a considerable time to understand its many features; all the more difficult for one who is not at all tech savvy!! It's a considerable pity that Toyota don't produce a manual in hard copy!

I had a very positive experience buying my new Toyota car. Stephen was very helpful during this very exciting time for me. Collected my new Yaris Cross Hybrid this morning. Jake had everything ready. Got into my car and had  a little test drive after all features explained. Jake connected my phone, set my radio to my favourite stations. Put in home address on Sat Nav. Explained all features on the dash board. Imagine three year servicing. Three years break down assist.

He told me to contact him if I needed more assistance. Imagine a new car at 75!!!

Service department gives excellent service. Had to reschedule my appointment and it was no problem.  When they service your car you will get a call if any additional work needs to be done and they will tell you the price. They clean the car when it is having a service so it looks lovely and clean when you get it back. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish! I left my car at 9am for an oil service and was told it would be ready by 2pm, but they called me at 11am to say it was already done, very efficient.
The best surprise was when I picked up the keys: I actually struggled to find my car in the parking lot because it had been completely cleaned inside and out. I genuinely didn’t recognize it at first because it looked so spotless!

Purchased a car end of September last. Delighted with the car however communication is dreadful. " he will phone you back" means you will not get a return call.  If you want to talk to a salesperson you will just have to keep ringing. Recommended a friend a few weeks back to give them a call to trade in her car for a new Corolla. She did, she is still waiting for a call back, did the deal elsewhere so it is not just myself that was singled out for 'non communicado'. Again, I am happy with the car, hats off to Toyota.

I felt when I was in to buy a car, Neal was super friendly and could not do enough, but in hindsight it all feels like it was to get a sale (asked him a query to be told on a month’s holiday, instead of asking a college to get in touch)

They sold me a car in January 2023 for 21.5k, then in August I had two Toyota garages tell me it had devalued too 17K and one even said maybe it was overpriced, I tried to question this too no reply (as I said Neal just said on holidays and then got no reply to my email)

I had an issue where my reverse camera was broken and eventually (having to wait till he starts work at 12 then two more hours till he rang) Dara was very helpful and pushed to get me sorted as best he could

As I said it's just about better than every other Toyota garage, but this isn’t saying much and will REALLY make me reconsider ever going with Toyota for my car needs again (especially when you have a warranty that most Toyota dealerships don't want to honour)

Dara rang me calling me a liar, shouting and abusing me over this review so I hung up, then he rings me straight back. You're then asked to get in touch, I don't think so
