Did this dealer flood during Chandra or something? Came to see a Renault Grand Scenic 2011 Automatic 7 seater on Friday. The shop was filthy. There was top to bottom mold inside the vehicle we came to see, to the extent that the car may be totaled. Seats felt damp and had mold in all the seams and between buckets. Under the floor mats, seatbelts, headliner, everything covered in so much white mold and the whole car smelled awful. Premises were very dirty, disorganized, cars covered in a layer of dust. Pigeons roosting in rafters and pooping on cars. Salesman acted like this was normal, brushed it off with the offer of a vallet. Beware!

I had interest in a car from this garage so initially I asked for a video around the vehicle the interior and the motor..they said fine in the morning they will send it on ..the next day passes by I text them, no reply  .few days later still nothing and they did see the messages..i gave them few more texts and still nothing to this day

I purchased a Peugeot 207 from A1 Mirza Motors in January, and it turned out to be a complete scam. The dealer KNEW the car had a blown head gasket but intentionally hid it and lied to my face to make the sale.
- When I asked about oil leaking on the engine, they lied and said it was just "spilled during oil top-up."
- They gave only 1-month warranty (a major red flag) because they knew the engine was faulty.
- Three different mechanics inspected it and ALL said the same thing: "This car isn’t worth fixing—scrap it."

I saw many "5-star reviews" on Google before buying, but now I realize they were likely PAID or written by friends/family to trick customers. DON’T FALL FOR IT!

Scammers. This company lists items on eBay with false information, then when you file a return, they will send you aggressive messages saying that it's not their fault. The absolute most I can get out of them is that they will allow me to return an item that literally doesn't match the description on eBay, but they won't pay for the return postage. If you want to be provided with the incorrect item and be subject to aggressive and rude messages when you try to return it, then look no further.

Doesn’t advertise items correctly and when approached all I got was a very bad attitude, once they’re put straight, they fail to reply to messages. They think they know it all but clearly they don’t, even after 15 years!

After a slightly disappointing first visit to this garage I went back up to look at another car I was interested in.The experience this time was a much more positive one from start to finish. I was lucky to get dealing with the sales manager Paul Callan. I must say dealing with Paul was easy . He's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up making a purchase with Paul in the end and am very happy with my new car. Paul is great at what he does but overall the garage needs perhaps a little more staff and some could do with some bettet interpersonal training . All in all I was happy with my dealings with Audi Approved Drogheda in the end.

I came with my Audi Q7 to get a new fob and change the locks, when the car came back, it was never the same, several issues on the entertainment system including Restricted mode when towing a trailer. Audi tried blaming the issue on the car been previously mapped which is completely false and proven to be wrong. Audi seems to be quick to charge A premium fee for service and repairs but when it comes to fixing their own mistakes they think they can just stop answering, on the side note I have tried calling them about 40 times over the period of couple of months not once have my phone been answered. If this issue is not resolved In the next five working days, there will be a solicitors letter issued . I wish I could give separate review for the customer service, which is non-existent in this particular dealership.

Purchased a 2019 A6 roughly a month ago. Upon delivery a warning light appeared on the dash stating " gearbox fault". The salesman told me this was normal following a factory reset of the infotainment system. 8 hours later and the vehicle breaks down with the same fault and refusing to go into drive. I spoke with the manager who also told me the fault message was normal and it was likely a software glitch from the update. The car was recovered to Audi North Dublin where the staff there confirmed this error message was not normal and should not have come up in the first place. The vehicle spent 21 days in North Dublin for repairs of the gearbox issue, the cracked windscreen and damaged bumper that was all present when the car was delivered. The vehicle lasted 4 days and has now broken down again with the same issue. Clearly not rectified. The team in Drogheda are extremely difficult to get in contact with due to nobody answering phones. There is no compassion regarding the hassle this car is causing or for the fact that after a month of ownership I have had the car in my possession for a total of 5 days and it has broken down twice in that time.
