Very quick and professional service from start to finish. Andrew couldn't have done more, from great advice to speedy responses even in out of office hours. I'll be making sure to tell everyone who is on the hunt for a new car to go his way! Fantastic experience all round! Can't thank you enough

Absolutely great service highly recommend 👍

Obviously don’t want to sell cars. Contacted someone about a car there and told them about my trade in. They said they would WhatsApp me straight away so I could send some details of my car on to them. Never received the text. Rang numerous times and contacted them through two social medial platforms. Messages were read and just never replied. Terrible service

AVOID.

Not impressed with this business at all. Firstly, I was told the car would be NCT’d, it wasn’t had to pay for that myself after purchase.
Messaged him about a dashboard fault a few weeks after purchase, he contacted me back a month later and said he would look at the car that same evening, I was not in the country with such short notice and it was never offered to be rescheduled.
No paperwork provided for items I was told where done i.e timing belt - asked for this and was told he would get back to me, it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t got a reply on that either.

Disaster of a business, just want your money and happy to see then end of you then.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Not only did AGG spot us by chance physically running from our van, which was revving in the middle of the road and smoke pouring out, but they pulled over, asked us for the keys, jumped in the front seat and managed to stop it from completely blowing up. They returned a few minutes later with their red tow truck and helped us manage transporting it over 200 miles, as we were not exactly close to home when this happened.

I absolutely can’t recommend these lovely people enough, they saved us from a terrifying situation today with nothing but compassion and a laugh afterwards.

Great customer service, quick and easy from order to delivery.definitely recommend

Top men, definitely be doing business with Agg again. Got the job down without any hiccups. Thanks again.

Amazing paint work repair on my bumper. And well reasonably priced. Recommend AGG

Had arranged viewing for a van which has set date and time. I’d offered Deposit to hold it for 2 days which they declined said come up and see it first. Text the night before to make sure it’s still there before setting off for him to turn around and they’d taken a deposit after refusing “mine”. I’d a 70 mile drive to them so cancelled my jobs putting me out of pocket for the day to attend for them to then tell me it’s gone.

I bought a Golf R from AJM a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier, car is absolutely mint condition and I found the lads Matthew, Alan and Shane very helpful and easy to deal with. He also has some amazing cars in stock. I will definitely be back and would recommend them.

Top job! Great communication with Mathew and flexible with hrs to pickup a car we agreed to take. Fully serviced and MOT'd ready to go

I purchased a car from AJM and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and customer care from start to finish. I had a few teething problems however both Alan and Shane were on hand to sort the issue very quickly and smoothly. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone. The whole experience was fantastic, keep up the great work!

I was attempting to buy a new car, planned to come up and view the car on a certain date as I do not live close to the dealership and work full time. I also had an agreement with dealer that if anyone was interested in the car or made an offer they would contact me and give me a chance to match the offer or offer more for the car.

I woke up a few days later to the car as sold and was not contacted at all by the dealership to be given a chance to see the car.

Then when ringing them to ask what happened all I got was I’m sorry this happened..0 explanation as to why they decided to not honour our agreement or stay true to their word.

Very disappointed in how this was all handled, very disappointed to be made false promises and very disappointed that there seems to be a lack of sincerity with their dealers.

****BEWARE **** agreed an estimate for works with a timeline of 3/4 weeks - over two months on despite several unanswered phone calls and sporadic assurances that it would be ready in a couple of days, the car is still not ready. Came to remove the car to another garage and 60% was added to the upper end of the estimate. This is despite asking several times for a final price and we were never given an indication the work had increased significantly. Answer was that they were doing this work for us a ‘favour’. Will be pursuing this legally and also contacting trading standards.

A great company to deal with, I couldn't recommend Alexander Mills highly enough. Six stars if I could . 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Bought a mulcher on Monday &delivered following Thursday very easy to deal with/Aiden truck Driver 100% no problem with directions &on time

Very helpful when I was looking for some information on a trailer

If I could give no stars I would. This business has done nothing but waste my time and cost me money. Had a previous bad experience coming a considerable distance to see a machine which was not as described but thought I would give it one more try (as anyone can make mistakes)as they had a machine in stock which I wanted to buy. Oh boy how wrong I was about a one of mistake! Phoned regarding a machine I really wanted to purchase. The sale rep wasn't available but did phone me back. He confirmed a price which I was very happy with. I decided to pack up for the afternoon and travel another considerable distance to see and hopefully purchase the machine. Even had the cheque book ready. My business partner whom I spoke to was a little skeptical about the price and asked me to phone back to check I had heard right. I phoned back and got the same rep I previously spoke to. I give him their sales listing reference to avoid any confusion and he confirmed the same price as previously. To cut a long story short travelled to their yard with a view to purchasing the machine there and then. Firstly the sales rep that was available didn't even know they stocked the machine. He eventually located it but stated it wasn't on their system yet, even though it was advertised on their website. He asked what we had been quoted. We replied and then he told us where the machine was and to go and have a run in it around the yard. More messing about ensued but eventually got it started. The sales rep then came out and said that the machine was not the price we were quoted. It had suddenly gone up 65%. I was absolutely dumbfounded that this business, and I used the term business lightly, had wasted more of my time and money for nothing. The machine suddenly became idiotically overpriced and not a single apology was forthcoming. The sales rep just turned his back and walked away. That is twice now that Alexander Mills Ltd has been dishonest and messed me about and let me assure you it will be the last as I will never set foot in their yard again and would never recommend this shambles of a business to anyone.

I walked into the shop at 8.20 in the morning late last week looking to buy a chainsaw, strimmer and discuss buying a replacement for my ride on mower.

There was no-one in the shop when I went in, but I yelled hello a few times and stood over beside the door to avoid upsetting/startling someone. I should say that the lights were on in the shop, and the door was open.

An employee came in, I asked them if I could speak to someone about a chainsaw but before I could say anything further I was told (shouted at really) to get out that the shop wasn't open until 8.30am. I stood there for a second or two trying to work out if he was messing but he repeated again to get out but this time a bit louder.

I left and took my 3+grands worth of business to another supplier on the Navan Fort Road.

Perhaps the employee in question that I dealt with was having a bad morning, didn't like my type (Leinster accent) and thought I was casing the joint, regardless no need for that level of ignorance. I live locally to Benburb, but I will never ever cross the door for anything again.

I recently purchased an Audi A5 from Car Sales NI in Omagh and was very impressed with the service I received. The whole process was pleasant, thorough, and informative from start to finish.

Patrick was extremely attentive, with excellent attention to detail, and took the time to answer all my questions. Nothing felt rushed, and I was kept fully informed throughout. His professionalism and customer care made the experience straightforward and enjoyable.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Car Sales NI to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and first-class service. Thank you, Patrick, and the team. I'm delighted with my Audi A5.

We recently purchased a car from Carsales NI and had the pleasure of dealing with Pat. From the very beginning, he was absolutely fantastic. He wasn’t pushy at all, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable.
Pat took the time to answer every question we had and truly went above and beyond in every aspect to help us get the exact car we wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his helpful, friendly attitude made the process so easy from start to finish.
If you’re thinking about buying a car, I would highly recommend Carsales NI—especially Pat. Outstanding service! Will definitely be back in a few news for an upgrade 🙌🏼

I recently purchased my car from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Paul was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful — no pressure, no sales tactics, just honest advice and great service.

Paul took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. The car was presented beautifully, exactly as described, and the whole process — from viewing to driving away — was smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was Paul's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. He kept me updated throughout, handled the paperwork efficiently, and even followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and professional car dealership, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul at Car Sales NI. A genuinely 5-star experience!

Recently bought an Audi A4 at Car Sales NI, Pat was brilliant to deal with from start to finish - even responding to messages after hours. VRT was completed by the garage also which saved a lot of hassle. The car was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Would recommend and I will definitely be back!

Over the last five years, I have bought three cars from Conor at Car Sales NI and find him a great professional and very trustworthy. Conor is extremely responsive to any queries and delivered the first car direct to my house, as I was unable to arrange pick up. The finance procedure is well explained and is quicker than most main dealers I have used.

As a car enthusiast, it is refreshing to see an independent local dealer providing a great service and sourcing good reliable cars.

Thanks, Connor

Gentleman to deal with, couldn’t do enough. Would recommend

Tony was very sound and helped me register my vehicle down south. Highly recommend

Sounded like a straight honest dealer until he got my money, but when I had a problem with paperwork trying to register vehicle down south ,he wouldn't take my calls and wouldn't respond to my multiple messages. I was willing to work something out or get a different vehicle but he left me in the lurch.
In my opinion a cowboy operation and I would stay clear of him. What a disappointment, I would have bought more vehicles from him in the future had he been honorable.
