Can not recommend highly enough, I took a risk 2 months ago, seen a car in Alans, drove almost 3 hours from westmeath to see it.

Very disappointed with service. I was customer for a few years and  lately asked to do nct check twice,  which wasn't done. I also asked for repair of one issue that I knew was there and had to back second time as mechanic didn't fix the problem on first go. After complaining to  the owner, he politely told me not to come back to his garage. Shocking!! This tells me there's very bad customer service and I do not  recommend this place! To add to owner respond- I was very polite to staff. I didn't mind to pay for good service prices that should be included  and if pre nct was extra charge I should be informed about it and all should be checked out! I told you I'm loyal customer if service is provided well done.  But service this time wasn't.  Good luck anyway!

Eamon was super to deal with and kept me informed along the way of updates with est delivery date etc.  nice guy and very engaged - head and shoulders above others in different dealerships on customer service.  It was worth the travel from Clonakilty to Waterford.  I will return if buying another Audi and would highly recommend Eamon.

Mini Ireland payment process however leaves  a lot to be desired. It is cumbersome and in my opinion nobody should be asked  to pay for a product without seeing the product, something they need to have a look at..May thanks Conor...
