Fuel pumps are kept very clean, and there's a 24-hour DIY payment system too. The shop is immaculate, and has a good selection  of most things and the service is great.

The car repairs out the back are brilliant, I've been going there for years,  they know their stuff, and are reliable and honest, and very hard working.

I get my car cleaned there and the lads do a great job in no time at all.

I will never return to this garage and my recommendation is not to come here. The 2017 Mercedes was brought for diagnostics. They replaced the thermostat and said that the car was in working order. I drove 15 km by car and the car stopped accelerating and there was a strong smell of gasoline and a lot of oil on the engine. When I arrived and showed the car and asked why they didn't tell me about the problems, the mechanic said that he didn't care and that I would clean out of his garage. Terribly

I called ahead to check if I could bring my car in, as I was having trouble starting it. The person on the phone told me to come in. I drove 20 km to the garage, but when I arrived the parking lot was full. Since I couldn’t get into the garage, I parked temporarily in front of some parked cars, walked up to the mechanic, and politely explained the situation.
Instead of any assistance, the very first thing he said was, “Is this your private property to park your car like this?” I explained that there was no parking available and that if anyone needed to move, I was right there. I also thought maybe he would want me to drive the car into the garage.
Then, when I mentioned I was having battery issues, he immediately dismissed me, saying, “Who said it’s a battery issue? What if it’s the alternator?”—and quoted me almost €480 for an alternator replacement without even opening the bonnet or checking the car. After less than 10 minutes, he told me to come back tomorrow.
I left feeling disrespected and shocked by the rudeness and lack of professionalism. I ended up going to Tractamotors instead, where the customer service was the complete opposite—polite, helpful, and professional.
I saw similar negative reviews which I could totally relate with. If the mechanic or owner wants to contact me, I have a few things to say directly.

Avoid, zero customer service, terrible communication, you're lucky if one of the employees grunt at you! plus too expensive. I have been going there for the last number of years, its handy as I live locally but the last few times the service has been poor and yesterday's visit finished it for me, i won't be returning. There is always a delay, if the job cannot be finished then advise this and it can be booked in on another day! I left the car in for 2 bulbs to be replaced and brake pads to be changed on the back. Was dropped at 9:30, rang in the afternoon and was told it wouldn't be ready till 6, even though i advised that morning i needed the car from 5:30 for a creche run. The employee argued with me on the phone. Generally they take cash only, I wasn't informed of the price of the work so had 200 cash (the job cost more) but they refused to release the car even if I paid this (the invoice states bills to be paid within 14 days, not on the day) so I could go to the nearest cash machine to withdraw the rest. I asked did they take card and the owner said yes, first time for everything! so he marched me to the shop, I paid the bill and then he marched back to the car aggressively advising what was done pointing to the invoice. I gave 1 star because the work was completed realistically it should be zero, avoid this garage, life's too short to be dealing with that!
