HOKA Clifton 9 GORE-TEX pure black/grey Women's

These runners have been worn 3 times. I'm a nurse and bought them for work. I read that they run small and slightly narrow so I sized up to UK 8 as I'm a UK 7.5 but they're still too snug unfortunately. They fit like UK 7. Would be a suitable comfortable walking/work/workout/running shoe for someone who is a UK 7. I have size 8 in the ad as technically they are a size 8 but fit much smaller than that.
