The trap lures pests through bait placed in the top chamber. As they begin to climb in to the main tube, a sensor is tripped which causes the CO2 powered piston to fire, instantly killing the rodent. The trap then resets within 3 seconds, ready to fire once again. Servicing and checking traps takes time and resources from other more important tasks. Don’t let pest control take up more time out of your day than it has to. To help monitor your STA25, CAMRO have designed a unique app for their trap. This tracks the amount of pests killed, the amount of CO2 left in the canister, when you should next change your bait for maximum effectiveness and when you need to next manually reset your trap.
