Kids Playhouse with balcony and swing BARGAIN

Very solid construction just needs a lick of paint here and there. Can be disassembled as it is held together with good quality outside hex screws and stainless nuts and bolts. It will need a new floor but that is all and it is easily done you can use the pink sheet that is on the base under the swing. See pics. So no big deal. Or just use 8 by 4 marine ply. No need to cut it the shed is 8 by 4. So handy. There is two windows and one outside it has a long white shelf for plants etc. Both windows have solid shutters on them with a Rainbow cut into them. The door is done as a larger door would be done and is solid and lockable and inside there is plenty of shelves. Underneath it has a swing chair and a bench with unicorn window. Again all solid wood construction. The contents are included if needed. The swing at the side is not included. Size it 8 x 4 foot base as mentioned , and about 15 foot tall.
