Purchased 7yrs ago & used solely for the purpose of a Playhouse/Den. Hours of fun from games, parties & sleepovers. This is 4/5 berth. Well minded & cared for. Initially towed with Hubby's jeep and has remained in the same spot since in all weather. Didn't cover as this causes sweating and mold. No drips or leaks
