Playhouse/Caravan

Towed here 7yrs ago with hubby's jeep and has remained in the exact position since. Used solely for the purpose of a children's playhouse/ den. Countless rainy days and fun times spent here with games & crafting activities. This is a 4/5 berth Avondale perle. There are 2 double beds and 1 pull out single. My children had sleepovers with friends and also birthday parties. As seen from images extremely well cared for & loved. Absolutely no issues with drips or leaks. We decided not to cover it as it can cause sweating and mold so it remains as is in all weathers. This would be perfect as a great sensory space or a quiet retreat. More images on adverts. No offers on this as it offers much more than just a play space.
