8ft by 8ft shed. Eight year old. Pre-treated , shiplap, lined walls. The floor and walls are solid. Felt and plywood on roof requires replacement. Must be able to dismantle and remove from the site. Proficient and equipped with necessary tools to do so. Unable to assist. Felt and plywood on roof requires complete replacement. Inside moisture is seeping through plywood on roof. Leak damage on outside where walls meet roof. Nothing that can't be addressed. It is vital to note, I am selling a leaking shed. All component parts of shed must be removed. This includes the roof.
