8ft by 8ft, nine year old shed. Pre-treated , shiplap, lined interior walls. The floor and walls are worthy of repair. Felt and plywood roof requires complete replacement. Must be able to dismantle and remove from the site. Proficient and equipped with necessary tools to do so. Inside moisture is seeping through plywood on roof. Leak damage on outside where walls meet roof. Nothing that can't be addressed. It is vital to note, I am selling a leaking shed with visible signs of water damage. All component parts of shed must be removed. This includes the roof. However, concrete blocks remains on site. I am unable to assist due to injury.
