Portuguese Laurel

Strong bushy 2ft plants. Plant 2 to 3 per metre for a good thick hedge. Portuguese Laurel is evergreen, hardy and easy to maintain. It has glossy dark green leaves on red stems. Spikes of small fragrant white flowers appear in late Spring. We also have Redrobin which is a bright colourful fast growing plant. It is very attractive with it's bright red shoots. A hardy evergreen hedge. Use 2 to 3 per metre for a dense thick hedge. Priced at 6 euro each. Griselina is a fast growing, dense evergreen hedge. It can also be planted at 2 to 3 per metre. Suitable for windy exposed sites. Griselina is a good choice in coastal areas where salt winds are often a problem. From just 3 euro each. Laurel is completely hardy from cold temperatures and strong winds. Use 2 to 3 per metre. These plants will grow 30-40 cm per year. Trim once a year when they reach the desired height.
