There is a bench c/w sink across the back wall of the unit with plumbing underneath for a water heater and outlets for 2No washing machines and electricity spurs from them. One of the font doors provides locked security to a shelved out unit for storage of e.g. site PPE / tools etc There are additional sockets fitted and overhead lighting
