As new, Alvarez Masterworks all solid top and rosewood sides and back acoustic guitar. MDR70SB. Solid AAA+ ++ Sitka Spruce top and solid rosewood sides and back. Beautiful guitar, not a mark on it as it hasn’t been used at all. We bought two and my son hasn’t played his at all. Fabulous tone balance from low to middle to highs equal to any guitar double its price. Side by side this guitar sounds 100% equal to a Martin D28 and the action is perfect. Great grunt from the lows and sparkling highs with a fabulous open, balanced sound right trough low, mids to high. Luthier set up, perfect low action and new set of strings fitted.
