Gibson Les Paul Custom 1974 Black Beauty

I have had this Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty in the family for decades. It was purchased from its original owner in the early 2000's in USA, and flown over in a plane seat. The guitar is in very clean condition. Very rare for this age of Les Paul. Absolutely beautiful example. Has been cherished and well taken care of. The guitar is in great condition considering it's age, and still plays and sounds great. I just had it professionally serviced and got the bridge pickup re-wound by the Bare Knuckle Pickups custom shop, as I have an endorsement with them. It gave the pickup a whole new lease of life and has never sounded better. Here is the rest of the information I have on the guitar and it's history. • Origin of Manufacture - Nashville Plant, USA • Year - 1974 • Pickups - originally a 2 humbucker configuration, featuring 1974 dated pots, factory 'PAT NO' pickups in the neck/bridge. The original owner had a professional luthier install the 3rd middle humbucker in the late 70's in Nashville (see last 2 photos). This was extremely common at the time for these black beauties as the 3 pickup was what everyone wanted back then due to certain popular artists playing them circa 1970's.
