Product Description The Bolt Strength Deck is a high-end, fitness platform with a number of different heights that can be used. The Deck supports a variety of positions. These include flat bench, step and seat. This allows for a variety of workouts to be carried out using the seat. The deck itself weighs in at 14kg, which means it’s not only sturdy but won’t slip during your workout. Maximum load capacity in titled position is 110kg (242lbs).
