This is a wonderful home gym. It has a hanging punching bag on one side and an ab station on the other with a tricep dip and pull up station. There is a padding preacher pad for bicep curls, a seated leg press machine, a lat pulldown bar with rest, a multi-function chest exercise section and a leg extension machine one which you can do seated calf raises. It comes with a small bar for tricep pushdowns and you can attach this at the bottom of the machine to do seated rows. You can buy additional attachments such as a rope and an ankle strap to do glute kickbacks and overhead tricep extensions. It has a 60kg weight stack. Overall multi gym size is - Length 232cm, depth 200cm and height is 212cm. I am sorry to be selling this machine but we are moving house and I have just don't have space for it.
