Power sled

The Rock Solid Power Sled is a compact, highly versatile and customisable sled that can be pushed or pulled on most floor surfaces. It has been specifically designed to improve the athletes ability to maximise use of the anterior and posterior chain, often considered to be the holy grail of power and performance training. The sled is ideal because the amount of weight added can be varied to tailor for any and all fitness levels.
